A global prominent player in the Malaysian automotive industry is looking to achieve a successful new automobile model launch. However, the client has siloed and fragmented customer data across different systems. The client wants to have a unified view of customers that harmoniously blend customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors into a single view. This is extremely crucial to the client as it would help them understand customer needs and behavior and then create targeted marketing campaign.​
